GHS GIRLS VOLLEYBALL ANNOUNCEMENT 2026-2027

Greenwood High School Girls Volleyball is excited to announce the following additions to their program. Coach George will be leading the program along with the assistances of Katelyn Miller, Brittany Callaham, and Shanice Horn.

Coach Kamryn George brings 10+ years of volleyball playing, officiating, and coaching experience to our volleyball program. She was a four year varsity starter and captain at Lauren’s District 55 High School where she earned All-Region and MVP honors. She played one year of Division II volleyball at North Greenville University before transitioning into coaching at Sanders Middle School, where she led the program to a District Championship. She is entering her fourth year of coaching with Carolina One Volleyball Club in Simpsonville, SC, where she leads National level teams at tournaments across the southeast. Coach George also brings 2 years of volleyball officiating experience to the program, which gives her a unique perspective and depth of knowledge for the game. She will be completing her Bachelors Degree in Medical Biology at Lander University this fall. Coach George is excited to be leading our volleyball program for the 2026-2027 season, and is looking forward to building a program based on leadership, teamwork, and grit. Go Eagles!
